I would rate it zero if i could!
I m a contractor who recently received a check from
phh mortgage, check was payable to my company and customer. Account number on the check was blurry, therefore the mortgage company had to stop the check, which they informed would take no longer than 10 business days. Here we are 35 days later, with no response, no check and customer with a past due balance of over 5.000. I wish they would take customers more serious!
