Renting equipment was reasonable for Kauai but more expensive than other dive destinations. A few of the people were really nice to work with. However there were equally quite a few "instant gratification anxious types" running the show. I am inclined to believe this shop is geared towards newbies. One thing that put us right off was the constant trying to get us to stay local and dive with them exclusively to the point of telling us weather was bad when we had people calling us from the other location who had been diving and the weather was great.
