Honestly i am very disappointed with the service g...

Honestly i am very disappointed with the service given at BMW stevenage service centre. My car was brought in on the 26th June, because the car went to limp mode whilst on the A1(M). Came to get the car back on the 27th hoping its all done and fixed. They said they've done recall works. soon as i got on the main road the car shows the same half engine warning Light that came on on the motorway.

I immediately turn around and go back to BMW. Andy spoke to me and said they'd take a look and sort it at a charge, i agree and leave the car with them. emphasising that i'd need the car to go to work. bearing in mind that on the 27th i had to cancel work. 28 June i call in and i'm told they haven't found the fault and are still looking at the car. 29th today, i call them over and over and over again, no one calls back and no one gives me an update on the car till about 2 pm, that i'm told that the car is now going into workshop for the works.

I have now missed 3 days of work as i start 6.30 pm.. and am most likely going to miss another day of night shift.

I am very frustrated and disappointed with he communication and level of service given.

I'm at risk of loosing my job if this persists, i've explained this over and over again to BMW, I just want my car fixed and returned.

This is absolutely terrible, and i may have to take things further. if they actually manage to fix the car and i get it by today, that would be great, ill probably update this review. But lets wait and see.
