I had an excellent experience with Karmel on 19 February when I landed at LAX and got the shuttle to my hotel.
On Sunday 23 I ordered a shuttle to pick me up at my hotel and also to collect a colleague at a different hotel. I was told I would be paying extra as there would only be the two of us. However, the driver took time to collect four other passengers ...
So I get a refund?
