Case Manager, Ms. Christina from BMW North America...

Case Manager, Ms. Christina from BMW North America LLC called me on December 18, 2019, advising me that due to Christmas holidays and etc, she would for sure call me back on December 27, 2019 regarding the goodwill repair request filed by Mr. Clay Lonzo based upon the N20 engine manufacturing defects with its engine oil pump and timing chain and guide and fact that our car has always been properly maintained at the local dealership and currently we still have the BMW Maintenance Plan valid til March, 2022. Today, December 27, 2019, I was patiently waiting for her phone call as the representative of BMW North America LLC as promised , and she never called, and BMW Never Called back as promised. When I called the Customer Relations, Mr. Grant answered my call, saying that Ms. Christina did not come to work today and the case has been escalated to another Case Manager, and unfortunately this case manager will not come back to office until January 2, 2020. BMW is proving to the World and American People that, BMW will continue to defraud, abuse America and Americans and America and Americans can do nothing to stop BMW!! How can we trust BMW's quality to protect our lives when BMW is NOT even able to handle consumers complaints, claims in a professional manner?
