The Broad is a contemporary art museum in Downtown Los Angeles that features paintings, photography, and sculptures from the world's most revered artists. Tickets are free but very limited at the moment since it just opened a few months ago. Drop-ins are acceptable although the wait times are uncertain. The venue is very small and you can expect to be finished within the hour. Lichtenstein, Murakami, Worhol, and a number of other famous works are featured. The museum staff are friendly here which makes The Broad very welcoming. Gift shop is available on the first floor.
