-took 30 minutes to schedule an appointment due to "computer issues".
-didn't call the day before to confirm the appointment.
-didn't arrive between 8 and 12 as scheduled.
-called at 11:15 and told "tech is on the way"
-called at noon and told "you don't have an appointment, so tech is not coming"
UPDATE: to the Owner, NO, no one from your company ever "reached out" to me. If they had, I would have spoken to them about the issue.
