The worst people to try and reach. You call and they only have a freaking automated machine and you go through all the prompts and whenever you take longer then 5 seconds to answer, they hang up and you need to start all over. been on the phone over 25 minutes and 4 times they have hung up and never got anyone to speak to. So I am paying for a fake contract, being that i am not able to schedule any service or talk to anyone to ask how to proceed.
