Not impressed so far. Moved in end of January, didn t connect service yet. Previous owner said they called in and cancelled and gave me the master code. I need the installer code. Safe Tech is unwilling to provide that code unless I have service with them.

When I called as a new owner they said there was still service under the previous owner. So they have been billed for 5 extra months by this company. By the reviews this is their standard protocol.

Still no installer code. I ll never use this company for sure!
