The check in experience is terrible. Over an hour...

The check in experience is terrible. Over an hour in line. This is a digital age... and they can't figure out how to do this. Plus this is a very busy hotel with years of experience and every year this gets worse. I do love the restaurants and the pool... they are a huge plus!
