first off let me start by saying that I'm someone who values phone customer service and even though they don't have it and it was a little harder going thru the process, it was well worth it! as a first-time shopper at RockAuto I am totally impressed with their customer service even though it was through email I bought some transmission lines for my 2007 Chevy trailblazer they all came within 3 days they were missing one little e-clip I shot them a note and I had a brand new line in in two days that is phenomenal customer service and quality parts at a fantastic price this place is awesome and they have everything!!
