I was voluntarily committed into sacred heart hospital (wouldn t recommended) for inpatient treatment for 3 days, and once I was discharged they referred me to enroll in services at frontier behavioral health. I called 3 times since I ve been out, day 1 I got through at 4 in the afternoon and answered basic questions so that they could put me in the system. They then proceeded to tell me to call at 7:30 in the morning because it s a first call first serve type of thing. My boyfriend and I get up at 4 in the morning so he gets ready for work, and then I go to back to bed once he leaves. Few days later I call again at 9 in the morning because my boyfriends at work and I slept in, and they tell me that there s a few people already ahead of me and that they ll call me back, which they did just to say they couldn t enroll me yet. So I called them again today at 7:30 in the morning, just for them to tell me the same thing. They called me back, although I missed the call! Although, I m still not sure if I could ve enrolled in services today or not because they didn t leave a message. I m giving 2 stars just to give them another chance before trying somewhere else.
