I was in for a oil/filter change and tire rotation...

I was in for a oil/filter change and tire rotation if needed(recommended). The tires were rotated last time in so this was not scheduled this time.

The time to get the truck in and serviced was good (~30min).

It was as I was checking out that I see a sign about a service deal for lower than what I was being charged. The lower price was for "The Works' that included oil/filter & tire rotation. I did not have time to wait for the truck to get 're-serviced' so I paid the higher price and left.

I feel that I should have been made aware of the 'Works" deal when I first came in.

This was not service that I liked. As your ads are often stating "and I think you will like that"
