Movie theater cardio area, fully equipped weight floor, separate turfed area for flexibility and calisthenic type work, power lifting areas and more. On top of that a smoothie bar and child care center for use during gym hours. A step above a regular gym and a step below a lifetime type club. They Also offer a community rate to any volunteer EMS or firefighters. Great place.
