We remodeled our Sun room with the help of Jenny Rice and Mike Fess.
Their guidance and design suggestions were most helpful.
Once the planning phase was complete, a timeline for completion was established.
The work involved several different sub-contractors. Mike scheduled the tasks sequentially.The Subs were on time and each individual task was completed to plan. Mike and Jenny made several on site , inspection visits during the process.
Upon final inspection we noticed a small problem that required remedial repair.
This was immediately addressed and corrected to our complete satisfaction.
