This company is not to be trusted. Had a client with an active roof leak, policy with AllState, Hancock rep claims no damage on the roof, water is coming in through window. I show him pictures and video taken in the attic week prior when it was raining, yet he still claims window is issue without any evidence to support his theory. The roof has a discontinued shingle. Terrible company. Not to be trusted.
