The internet speed is good and consistent. However, we moved and have been trying to move our address since 15 March (it's 7 May now). They send us a bill for both addresses now even though we moved away. Calling them is no use since they request that you sort it out by logging a ticket. Logging tickets is clearly not working since it's been two months of logging tickets. We really just want to cancel at this point. But too scared of how long it will take to cancel. I'll recommend them if you are living in your forever home. However, they should definitely look into their policies regarding moving addresses.
