Following my previous review:
I wrote my previous review during my stay at the hotel.
I wanted to inform the desk clerk about this when I left.
However, people immediately took note of it after posting the message and addressed it to me. I was pleasantly surprised when it was announced that the message was taken very seriously and that everything was done to fix it. For example, I was moved to a more spacious and quieter room. In addition, my wishes were taken more into account and people were helpful and open to feedback.
All in all it was still a pleasant stay. I would like to compliment the management on the quick and adequate intervention in this situation.
