Can only give 3 stars because there was no mini fridge or microwave. These appliances are no longer luxuries. I did not verify these appliances before I booked. But expected them at a Sheraton. Hotels way more inexpensive, but are 3 and 4 star hotels, have these amenities. Fortunately, they were able to secure a mini fridge, which was necessary for my insulin and juice. They do not provide microwaves. Needed to heat Bed Buddy for arthritic back. Long days of sight seeing caused much pain and needed heat treatment at night. Room size was typical for NYC. Breakfast buffet prices were outrageous, even for NY. Plus selections were limited. Staff was professional and friendly. Problem with toilet was fixed in a reasonable time. Scattered service for internet, direct tv was spotty at times. Rooms fairly clean. Housekeeping didn't empty trash every day.
