I'm a long-time customer of Freeman Health System and have had a generally positive experience. The staff is usually friendly and professional, and the care I receive is of good quality. However, there have been instances where I experienced longer than expected wait times and difficulties scheduling appointments. Overall, I would rate Freeman Health System as average.
