Absolutely terrible. They get 1 star for having a pleasant cabin crew. Seats don't recline, slow boarding process, and ALL their flights the day I flew were delayed by several hours. We waited for someone human to appear at the gate, only to discover, due to being late, they switched to one on the other end of the airport. We were herded like cattle into an airless hallway and asked to wait for another 20 minutes before being herded to the loading ramp and asked to wait for another 20 minutes. It took another hour to get our bags at the other end. While the staff apologized, based on my experience, and other comments, this is pretty much how they fly. Late, customers are cattle, and they nickel and dime you constantly. Booo.
