I've ordered saline solutions from Vitality Medical numerous times now, and I'm blown away by how quickly my orders come and how well they were priced. However, My biggest issue (and why they won't get 4 or 5 stars) is that the boxes that my product comes in is always bound WAY too tightly. Generally after every shipment from Vitality Medical I have at least 5-7 boxes of Addipak's that are completely crushed because of that. As someone who does shipping and receiving often, I feel like this is sub standard service. I shouldn't have any product ruined and my packages should arrive in prime condition. Other than that it's a great place for your medical supply needs.
