Amazon and Best Buy can't help you in an emergency like these guys can. I had a presentation to give tonight and my mini-projector stopped working. None of the big electronics stores in town had the cable I needed in stock, and I know nobody else in town would have offered to help troubleshoot my problem at no charge.
