Best place to work with. They provides the best solution to us, and quick too. My company had a sales force based CRM. Terrible, customization was next to impossible, cost a fortune and never did it exactly how we wanted. Also it was so confusing dealing with Sales Force and their recommended expert . Whenever we had issues, they just pointed fingers at each other.

Synergistix on the other hand, owns and takes responsibility for the entire system. Really the way their system worked out of the box it kicked butt over our old system. We did not need to do customization, but, it was so easy to get done we tweaked it exactly how each Dept wanted it for their department. We added some tracking so the sales managers, something about shipping costs for the acctg. and more. Every person we dealt with has been A.O.K. from the first guy Dan that came out to sell it to Lupe in fulfillment to Sammy at the support desk. We d buy it again if we needed a second CRM, but, we don t cause this one works.
