Tara Branham is experienced, tenacious, and thoughtful; far too fantastic for just 5 stars, so mark us down for 5 times 500 stars! We were a particular challenge on account of our (1) having to sell one house to purchase another, (2) wanting to move from the dynamic southside of College Station to the country, within commuting distance AND within our rather insignificant budget, and (3) being self-employed, which made lending all the more tenuous.

With lightening speed, Tara researched the market for selling our house and provided us with several options to pursue. We followed her instructions explicitly and delighted in a quick and painless sell. Meanwhile, Tara drove us all over the surrounding counties to view rustic homes that met our desires. She brought along not only folders with information about the properties, notepad, and pen; but also a cooler full of juices and snacks. She even thought to stow away cold packs for us! Such is exemplary of Tara s extraordinary attention to detail throughout the ordeal of buying and selling. Tara was on the team, in our corner, working toward close.

If ever we opt to move again, we ll beg and plead for Tara Branham to be our realtor!
