Smoking ban, parking is expensive and difficult large hospital factory impersonal staff is friendly. You look for nursing departments. If you notice something negative, you will be referred to burden the complaints officer. an automated message to trivialize. bad communication. If you want to provide service YOU call the dissatisfied customer and do something about that parking, much too expensive and long waiting times for the shuttle that is manned by a volunteer. It may cost something !!!. Very inhospitable hospital, it's about money, not about patients. (luckily the MBO staff is human and involved!)
