Being serviced by Jeff, it appeared that he was inexperienced, even though it was stated at his desk he s been there for two years. While trying to assist us, he continuously went back and forth to his boss office. Every time he came from his boss office he had a new question to ask. As i asked him questions, he was not able to answer. As we were there for hours had to ask, Is everything ok? . As we were there for hours, this could have been cut down if Jeff was able to conduct business solely at his desk. No vehicle was purchased.
