Staff are amazing but the venue looks it's age in ...

Staff are amazing but the venue looks it's age in a bit of a bad way... rooms are generally pretty grimey looking with the showers and toilets being caked in limescale and cracks in the walls/ceilings. The novelty of the 106 year old lifts wears off quite quickly but the view from the rooftop is pretty neat. The beds are comfortable but the overall image of the place needs a dire overhaul considering the rates they are charging.
