Ok first off I love their Philly but you will definitely get better food earlier in the day. They did not toast my bread like I asked. My food was not as hot as I usually get it. My fries were cold. The one thing I hate is their online ordering, it will automatically charge tips. Ask me if I want to tip don't just add it.

**UPDATE**
I did receive an email that showed my refund for the tip. I did not write the review intending to receive a refund. I was just frustrated with their online setup. All that being said, we go about twice a week and have still gone back.
