I had an AMAZING stay at the Omni Berkshire! I had lost my license on a flight, where my final destination was NY. I was devastated and really nervous about my return flight. Luckily, a true angel, by the name of Seth at the concierge desk, was calm, cool and collected. He was so patient, while listening to my very animated explanation of my travels, and assured me that he would get a hold of me as soon as a package from home was delivered. I cannot thank him enough!!! He has ensured that I will always look for an Omni, when traveling;)
