After our first visit several months ago that was awesome, we decided to take our friends there to celebrate my birthday. Well, we experienced several incidents of the wrong drinks, and the wrong food being delivered, and after a continued downslide of mishaps we felt the evening of celebration was a bust. We were offered free desert to apologize for the mishaps which was just an ok fix since none of us are big desert eaters. When we went to pay the bill, the manager took care of the whole meal for the group and delivered deserts to go as well. Bravo, you saved the day with customer service to exceed our expectations! Thanks for salvaging my birthday evening. The food is always excellent!
