I went to Jack's Prime restaurant in San Mateo with my daughter. We were waiting more than 20 minutes and nobody came to us to ask what we want there. I asked for manager and a Lady(!!!???) came to us. We told her nobody is coming to give us services and we are still waiting. She said: I'm sorry, but what do you want me to bring it to you now? I asked her: you don't want to send somebody to us, to get our order? in a unfriendly way she said: what do you guys want to drink now? After all disrespecting acts in this night, we left the Jack's Prime restaurant and went to Round Table.

Tonight I went with my wife there, and you will not believe it, my wife was in the jack's prime parking lot and I asked for table for 2. A young girl around 20 years gave the table to two younger peoples and we had to wait, (they just came in and got a table, and we?!). The manager (same woman "no more lady") came and said: this is our policy. you are all here or you have to wait. And after that they offered us a small table, which were nice for to young peoples each 120-140 LBS, and not for us.
You will not believe that, we went to Round Table in 43th Ave, in San Mateo.
