I hate working out. No really I HATE IT. I'm not your typical gym person... run on a treadmill, stairclimber none of that.
When I found this place a little over a year ago I figured I would give it a shot. Looked like fun, different and close to home.
After my first class I knew that this was the place for me.
The instructors are smart, caring and love what they do.
They all share one goal. They want you to succeed. Whether it be in bjj, krav, boxing or strength conditioning you cant go wrong.
You are always learning. Always being challenged.
YOU WILL NEVER BE BORED.

This is the place. The instructors are amazing. And the students are wonderful.
Sue, the owner, is an incredible teacher and mentor to all.

YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.
