Cannot believe they use ADP for the Human Resource...

Cannot believe they use ADP for the Human Resources, Completely listed on United Radio's Career Section!

ADP was a Payroll company that has since begun the selling of present and former employees information to all companies in the guise of background checks, under the guise of a subscription service in an attempt to bypass the Fair Credit Reporting ACT.

They will NOT let you submit any application without giving ADP full disclosure to use and and obtain all all your financial, health insurances paid and to whom, retirement accounts, are there's for the selling. They do not need any of this information whatsoever to perform any of the positions at this company!
The likely use this information to pry into your life, to see all your financials, health insurance, etc to estimate if your worthy to talk to, and as complete negotiating tactic for compensation. They all do a credit report.
All of which does not get reported on your Credit Report. How legal and ethical or moral do you think ADP is, and those companies that use them...
