I AM REPORTING THEM TO THEIR GOVERNMENT! THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHO TAKES YOUR CLIENT'S MONEY, GETS ACCESS TO YOUR BANKING INFORMATION AND DOES NOT OFFER A PHONE CONTACT TO RESOLVE ISSUES! No phone number to speak to a person. They claim to allow you to accept credit cards payments but when you do & after the payment is accepted they email you days later to say they are refunding the customer's money & won't accept payments on my business account. I already told the client that the invoice was paid! Now it is being returned to him and I also already paid my vendors so this causes BIG problems with my business! What a Horrible Experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WAVE, PLEASE USE QUICKBOOKS, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLES!
