Please don t waste your time with this company. Although the idea of a video cv is good, the simple lack of any communication is what really brings this company down.

Initially, they ll send you a couple of jobs but after a while this will stop- good luck getting a reason for the lack of emails.

I had sent numerous emails asking for reasons as to why I had not been receiving any job specifications and to get information about roles I was interested in. Initially I sent these emails to the employee who filmed my video cv. When she didn t reply after many emails, I then had to email her colleagues who were also no help as they did not respond.

At this point I was very fed up and annoyed so I decided to email Ben (the CEO) to explain my anger and frustration and to inform him that I wanted to have all my data removed from their website and records. Surprise, surprise- no response!! This is astonishing considering they were clearing violating GDPR regulations as I had explicitly removed my consent for the company to have my personal data.

After finding another email address to contact on their Facebook page ( I had to search for this as they did not reply to the email I sent to the company email address that I found on their website) I sent ANOTHER lengthy email to explain my frustrations.

To top it all off, the lady who I initially emailed had left the company but no one at Inspiring Interns thought it would be wise to inform their customers about this (so that they didn t waste time emailing someone who was not even receiving the emails) and they could not be bothered to update their company website as it still stated that she worked there. For some reason, I only received an email explaining that she had left AFTER I had requested for all my details to be removed. Bizzare.

Overall, I m disappointed and absolutely appalled at the lack of communication and professionalism at Inspiring Interns.
