My parked car was hit by one of their insured in a parking lot. Not only was the car parked, there was nobody inside my car when it was hit. It is going on a month and they are still "reviewing" the claim. No empathy, no follow-up... nothing. I am wasting valuable time trying to get them to pay for what their insured did to my car. They have required me to submit mounds of paper work, of which I have complied, but NOTHING in return. Each time I call, I am told they are still reviewing and I am asked to call back. Upon speaking to a collision repair shop, I was told 'that is their tactic' stall...stall...stall in hopes of the the claim going away. It is a-shame and they are a sham. The Illinois Attorney General need to investigate this shady company.
