My BF and I recently started looking for our first home together, and in the process of trying to be responsible first-time homeowners, we knew we had to look into homeowners insurance. IOA was recommended to us by another couple, who also had a great experience.

Though we weren't ready to purchase a policy (as we don't actually own the house yet), agents were super willing to talk to us, ease us through the process and differences between policies, and even talked to us about certain features that may result in higher premiums, which was a total surprise. Overall, they took the time to educate us, and we will certainly purchase a policy as soon as we get our dream house!
