I came in late in the afternoon without an appoint...

I came in late in the afternoon without an appointment for 5000 mile oil. Kayla was my Service Advisor and she gave me a realistic time to fit me in, and then beat the time by 20 min. Excellent service and communication. I was out by 4:30
