The food was excellent, but the service was completely off point. The server was incredibly inattentive. It looked like maybe the other servers were cut since it was later (730), and he was at a lot of tables, but there were several people just standing around not helping out. We got our drinks and apps, and then it was 35 minutes before we finally went to the bartender to ask where our server was so we could order. He only had 4 people sitting at his bar, but instead of taking our order or grabbing the manager who was just a few feet away, he took 3 minutes to go find our server. When our server came back, there was no apology or explanation. The manager never came over, and after getting our food dropped off, we had 1 table touch. My med rare steak came out rare, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to get it fixed. Our bill for 4 people was $245 not including tip. For that price I'd expect a higher caliber of service.
