I just wanted a fax machine so I had to call to get a phone line ..from day one this is been a disaster... I have rabbit ears for my TV .. Charging me for TV Cable.. When the service installer came told him the same thing. he calls the company supposedly to get it correct. Talk to someone a month ago supposedly to get it right. It is now March 31 2017.. BEEN talking about this since February 9 2017.. This company is a joke... Leaving on the line over 30 and 40 minutes.. Never wanted cable, charging me for cable.. Talk to this company over three times this is absolutely unacceptable.. Never had a DVR never wanted a DVR never wanted cable.. Wherever your customer service is this needs to be corrected immediately... Needs to be madness stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
