For all the job seekers, beware of this company. When you apply to any of the jobs they post, they will tell you that "you are in", which means they will give you a "trial project", and if you produce good work for this "trial project", they will sign a contract with you. But this ''trial project" is like a mission impossible, the workload can easily be days (normally they ask you to come up with a business proposal on a given task with all the analysis, numbers and verification), and they require you to do it in no more than 2 hours. After you submit your hard work, they will tell you to wait for their response, and believe me, you will not hear from them unless you keep sending them emails or calling them. And finally, they will tell you that you spent way too much time on your project and there are other applicants doing this better than you, and you contact them too much, and waste too much of their 'precious' time. They will call you names, curse over the phone, and say that you are an annoying and horrible person to work with and they don't see how is that possible to employ you. All in all, this company takes advantage of people searching for jobs and get people to do good work for them for nothing. Their contact speaks and writes horrible English which is super confusing, but given the way they treat their applicants, I am not sure whether they are doing this on purpose, so that they could blame the confusion caused by their poor English on the applicants and justify what they do.

[Updated]
This updated review is in respond to the respond from BRKV made to my earlier review, as the respond sickens me. First things first, anyone who has a legal status to stay in the EU (and apparently I do) are eligible to search for permanent employment in the EU, and any EU employer with a common sense should be asking this job seeker at the beginning if assistance in acquiring a new immigration status is needed (like I said earlier, whether they are misinterpreting such common sense at their advantage is unknown, as the general level of English proficiency in this firm is rather inadequate). At BRKV, I made it very clear at the beginning that I will be needing such assistance if I was to work for them, and they acknowledge the fact and told me "You are in." As per the task, "selling a super car in 2 hours is never impossible" is very convenient to say if the workload involving such task is never revealed. I was asked specifically to come up with the market analysis of 5 different countries on their automobile market as well as calculating all the tax and fees in those different countries, not to mention I was also asked to create ads in 5 different languages featuring that car using all the technicalities I was provided. Yes, I was told to do that for each and every one of those five different countries and I had to very carefully verify my answers, and I was expected to do that "in a few hours", not just 2. Anyone who thinks he/she can finish all that work in 2 hours are welcome to try! Last but not least, like I mentioned that the owner was quite hostile and irrational over the phone (as is also shown in his respond) that after all the work I did, he used the excuse of me not having the legal documents to work in EU to refuse to hire me while he could've said that right at the beginning of the hiring process to save my later effort. To put the whole story in a nutshell: BRKV told me they will assist me in acquiring legal documents to work full time in EU (I already have legal documents to reside and work part time in EU) as long as they decide to hire me, and got me started on their "super easy task", and upon finishing the task, they told me they simply couldn't hire me because I don't have the legal documents to work in EU. See how they change their story here? And how convenient that is?

I WILL NOT CHANGE MY VIEW ABOUT THIS COMPANY, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO URGE EVERY JOB SEEKER TO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR EFFORT, DO NOT BOTHER!
