I was having issues upgrading from an older legacy...

I was having issues upgrading from an older legacy version to the new supported version of Neat. The tech, Ronn, went above and beyond to assist getting my old files synced, drivers on fir the Neat scanner I have and make sure I was up and running. It took a number of hour as I have a slow wifi in our 5th wheel.

The only concern I had was the email about pricing for basic package on new Neat program. It stated you get 4 months free and pay $10 a month. The current rate is $15 a month. They stated I got a discount after I complained but I believe the letter and link arei misleading.
