Worst experience ever buying a car. My husband and I bought a Prius,signed papers signed over title to our truck as a trade in. Had the vehicle for one week, put it on our insurance. Got a call from finance saying the bank would not finance at the rate we signed on.wanted us to redo the deal which was 2% higher rate making our payments 45$ more a month. We took the keys back and said bye Felicia! Never even an apology!
