I haven't received any answer regarding the car registration for two months
The car has an expired ITP and they have not been able to drive for a month because they have lost their documents and do not have the courage to admit it. I sent proof of receipt, hiding behind various departments and people.
I don't respond to requests and let time pass without doing something.
They have a high degree of unprofessionalism

By the way, apart from their office email @ .... Can complaints be made elsewhere?
