I would be more than happy to change this star if someone could get back to me. In good faith I paid for a home appraisal even before we signed any papers and now we decided to go \with another company my appraisal will not get released by Intelliloan to the new lender. I ask for the release or a full refund for the $500 I paid for the appraisal. Thank you.
