My lawyer says to record my conversations with Princeton employees going forward due to their inconsistencies and lack of accountability.

Constantly disappointed by the lack of communication from Princeton to its tenants, from various issues like the eagerness to write parking violations (after directly being told we were allowed to back into non-adjacent building spots, hence the need to get everything on record now), or not keeping us informed of the constant changes in personnel. (We re on our third apartment manager within 12 months, which looks pretty poor on Princeton s behalf, not to mention the abruptness of someone I don t know knocking on my door and telling me she s the new manager now?) A little communication goes a long way. Maybe one day they ll learn, but in the meantime, my rent is going up with no regard to Covid or the construction outside. I comprehend that princeton employees are after a profit and not building community, and it shows.
