Came in and placed a to go order of a cup of chili and a grilled chicken salad. I made the mistake of not checking it before I left nor did the hostess check it. When I got ready to eat, I didn't have any silverware and what I asked for on and with my salad was not on it. The chili didn't taste like the chili at other Texas Roadhouse restaurants either...not good. I called the restaurant and was put on hold for five minutes...no joke!!! When I was able to speak to a person, they put the manager on the phone who wanted to know if I wanted to come back to get my correct order. I did not. He took my name and address and said he was going to mail me a voucher for another entree. We'll see... maybe, hopefully this was an isolated incident...

Four months later, still waiting for my voucher...guess it's not like Burger King...you won't get your order your way...sad.
