On September, 18, 2020 it will have been one month...

On September, 18, 2020 it will have been one month since I placed my order for a pool filter. I received the filter on August 22, 2020 and I still am unable to hook up my filter because of two missing gaskets.

After numerous interactions with customer service, three weeks have gone by and I am giving up all hope that In the Swim can facilitate a simple request to provide two necessary parts. It really is absurd that I am going to have to resort to ordering the missing parts from one of their competitors (Doheny's) and I'll have to pay for them out of pocket so I can finally hook up my filter.

At this juncture, I won't even ask to be reimbursed for my expenses. I'm also going to have to purchase chemicals to re-open my pool after it has been siting dormant for over a month. You can bet your bottom dollar that I will not be buying them from In the Swim!
