Great experience from start to finish. Chris was very helpful and just really down to Earth. We traded in our 2015 Traverse and got about what we wanted for it. The best part was, we didn't feel pressured during the whole process. Thank you to Crystal Ford for the great deal on our new Expedition and the pleasant experience!
